TLC use a secure payment system, that fully encrypts card details when you book through our website. Or if you prefer, you can call us and book over the phone.

Payment Terms: For a one night stay the full reservation amount is due at time of booking. For stays of two nights plus, a deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at time of booking.

The full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Payment Method: TLC accept payment by all major credit/debit cards and PayPal via a secured payment portal. TLC also accept BACS (Bank Transfer). TLC require your credit/debit card details to secure a booking.

Booking Policy: TLC take a deposit of your first night’s stay at time of booking or full payment for one night stays. No other payment is taken until 14 days before you arrive at TLC.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, the full booking amount will be made payable to TLC Exmouth Bed and Breakfast. In the event of a no show, or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.  Any deposit paid is non refundable, the booking will be charged.  Any deposit paid is non-refundable.

Check In and Check Out: Our check in times are between 16:00 and 20:00pm Our check out time is by 10:00. (Other times may be available only by prior arrangement and will occur an additional charge).

Extra Information: 
Group Bookings are welcome but please contact us directly to discuss your requirements. 

Children:  TLC is generally an adult only establishment and considered unsuitable for children under the age of 12 years old. However, please discuss requirements with us and we may be able to help.

Animals/Dogs:
No animals or dogs will be accepted at TLC please as we already have one of our own who is hypoallergenic!
